What is your MOQ?
MOQ varies by style, material, color breakdown, decoration and packaging. We confirm a workable minimum after reviewing the specification.
Can you make a sample first?
Yes. Sample timing and cost depend on the design, material and decoration method. The arrangement is confirmed before work begins.
Can you work from an existing hat?
A physical sample or clear technical reference can help us review construction. You must own or have permission to use any protected design or artwork.
Do you support private label packaging?
Custom labels, hangtags and packaging can be reviewed as part of the project specification.
Can you arrange shipping?
Packing, dispatch location and trade terms are agreed before order. Freight, duty and import clearance are separated clearly in the quotation.
